Today's launch marks the conclusion of a year of intensive negotiations with Salzgitter Mannesmann Stahlhandel, culminating in an asset deal that enables Schierle Siyaya GmbH to carry forward the Schierle legacy with a dedicated focus on stainless steel. This follows the earlier asset deal between Hoberg & Driesch and Schierle Stahlrohre, concluded on 01.09.2025, which marked the transfer of Schierle's carbon steel tube business. Together, these two milestones close one chapter of the Schierle story and open the next — a focused, forward-looking stainless steel specialist.
